You would be responsible for return shipping and insurance expenses of the item. What woods do you use in your products? We use solid cherry and cherry veneered plywood in our music stands. Our Panache Guitar Stands are solid cherry. The Luthier Case Stands are made of other solid hardwoods. Do you offer products in other woods? We will make our products in other woods on a special order basis. We offer a limited amount of customization. Please contact us at email@example.com What if there is shipping damage? We will replace the damaged item. We would greatly appreciate photos of the damage to the product and packaging. Please understand that our shipper reserves the right to verify the damage on site. Claims should be submitted within 2 days of delivery. We will arrange a pickup for the damaged item and cover the expenses of both the return and replacement items. Do you ship internationally? Not currently, but we plan to in the near future.
